TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmation and payment
Once you have arranged a day for collection and delivery of your vehicle we will require a 25% deposit. This secures your vehicle for transport for the dates arranged between both parties. On delivery of the vehicle the remaining balance is then to be paid on arrival.
Delays and False Details
If you book your vehicle for transport and arrange a collection time and either yourself or another contact provided are not there at the arranged collection time you will be charged per hour for delaying our drivers. Cost per hour is £10.00. This is also the same procedure on delivery. If you also provide false information when booking the vehicle for transport there can be further costs added to the final amount owed. If you provide false details you will lose your deposit if we have to abort the job due to incorrect details provided.
Cancellation
It is a condition that any cancellation must be notified to T.H Automotive Ltd within 24 hours before cancellation during business hours. ( 9:00 - 17:00 ) Cancellations on the agreed movement date will receive no refund. Cancellations received one business day prior the agreed movement date will receive 25% refund. Cancellations received two business day prior the agreed movement date will receive 50% refund.
